Fried Tocino

Ingredients
480 g - fatless tocino1/4 cup cooking oil
Directions
Cooking Direction:

-Heat frying pan to high temperature
-Put 1/4 cup cooking oil
-Spread tocino in frying pan.
-Turn over tocino every now and then rubbing against the frying pa to prevent it from burning.
-When tocino turn goldern brown reduc heat to low or medium.
-You know that your tocino is cooked when the caremel flavor comes out.

To Serve: Cut into smaller pieces and serve immediately.
