Beef Chow Mein

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 350 gramsRed Wine Vinegar, 2 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbspChinese five spiceBroccoli Slaw, 12 ozBean sprouts, 2 cupMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slices Snap peas, 1.25 cup Chow Mein Noodles, 4 cupsWater, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Oyster Sauce, 5 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbspCorn Starch, 1 tbsp
Directions
Toss thinly sliced steak in a mixture of oil, vinegar and Chinese Five spice blend. Marinate for several hours.
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Stir fry beef over high heat in a wok type pan. Add broccoli slaw, mushrooms, snap peas and bean sprouts. Stir fry for a few minutes.
In a small dish combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, water and corn starch. Make a hole in the middle of the stir fry and add corn starch mixture. Stir until bubbly. Add noodles and combine all to coat with sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
