Ingredients
1 avocado 1 lime 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp lite sour cream Jalapeno (optional)1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional - not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Combine seeded avocado, tomatoes and onions and mix all together while mashing the avocado.
Add the jalapeno, sour cream and the juice of one lime.

    Common serving size for guacamole is only 2 Tbsp. Looks like this recipe would make enough for 8 servings if that's all you count. For my family, it would only be 3 servings, unless I added the pomegranite seeds, then would be 4... - 3/24/09

    the best way to keep guacamole from turning colors is to put Glad press n seal on the guacamole so it touches it. Push out all of the air and make sure the press n seal is touching the sides of the inside of the bowl so no air can get in. - 6/26/10
