Calzone

Ingredients
Dissolve 2 tsp yeast, and 1.5 tsp sugar in 3/4 c warm water. Add 1.5 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Mix in 2 cups flour. Dough should be smooth and workable. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until it is elastic. Lay dough in a bowl , cover and let rise. place in a warmed oven until it doubles in size.While the dough is rising, combine the cheese, pepperoni, and vegetables in a bowl. mix well, cover and refrigerate.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
When dough is ready, punch it down and separate into 3 equal parts. Roll parts out into thin circles on a lightly floured surface. Spread 1.5 tbs of pizza sauce to each. Fill each with 1/3 of the filling. dampen edges with a toch of water and fold dough over, secure edges by folding in and pressing with a fork. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet or a baking stone lightly coated in corn starch. Poke each with a fork then bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping over after 15 minutes.
