Bran Flax Muffins

Ingredients
*Almond Flour, 1/2 cup**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cupWater 1/4 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 3 large Raw Sunflower Seeds 1/4 cupRaisins, 1/4 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 3/4 gratedDates, 5 date (chop them in small pieces)Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Stevia, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Water, tap, 2 fl oz
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in a blender until smooth
Mix all dry ingredients, flour,baking soda, salt, cinnamon, stevia in a mixing bowl.
Then add wet to dry ingredients, mix well
Once mixed add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
Spoon in muffin tray


Bake on 350F for 20-25min
I have a small size muffin pan so get about 19-20 small muffins out
