low fat zuchinni omelette

Ingredients
4 egg whites3/4 cup cottage cheese1/4 cup milk skim1 1/2 cup zuchinni slicedoregano, salt, pam spray or similar
Directions
slice zuchinni and mix all ingredients, preheat a pan in low heat spray pam (or similar) a couple of times and pour the mix into it.
once it seems to be cooked turn it upside down.
