Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 TWhole Wheat Flour, 1 T Milk, 3.25%, 1 cupLemon Juice, 1 fl ozGarlic: granulated , 0.25 tspDill weed, dried, 1 tsp*Tumeric, 1 tspCrushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp
Directions
In a sauce pan over medium heat, stir in flour to melted butter & lemon juice. Constantly stirring, slowly add milk and spices until thickened. Makes 1 cup of creamy seafood sauce.
