Ingredients
Directions
You want: 4-5 egg whites1 Cup of onions chopped1 Cup of tomatoes chopped (smaller if there are picky tomato eaters!)1/4 a cup of milk1 cup of shredded low fat cheese (I usually pick cheddar, but any of your favorites would work)6 pieces of Turkey BaconCooking Spray-It's optional to add other ingredients, just know it adds calorie value. Things like ham. green peppers, mushrooms, etc.*Will need cupcake/muffin pan*
Preheat oven to 325
Take the egg whites and milk and whisk them together in a bowl. Once fully combines mix in onions milk and cup of cheese.
Then spray a light coat of cooking spray ( I prefer olive oil cooking spray) on 6 of the cupcake slots in the pan. and lay a piece of turkey bacon in the bottom of eat in the form of a little cup.
After that evenly distribute the egg mixture into all 6 cups and you're ready to bake! 10-15 minutes in the oven depending on power of oven heat.
*If you'd like to sprinkle additional cheese on top of the little cups feel free too, but know it adds more calories.*
