Potatoes & Cauliflower

Ingredients
potatoescauliflowergreen beanssour creamtumeric spicecumin spicesaltpepper
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spray with Cooking Spray.
Add spices to the skillet
Chop potatoes and cauliflower into cubes or small crumbles.
Add vegetables.
Stir vegetable to ensure even coating of spices.
Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occassionally to prevent burning on the bottom.
When the vegetables are of a curry consistency, add sour cream.

Serve warm, with whole wheat tortillas.
