Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1 cup Onions, raw, chopped 1 can (10 oz) 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup condensed1 can (10oz) rotel tomatoes with chilis, 2 cloves Garlic minced1 teaspoono Chili powder
Directions
Brown onion, garlic and chicken using pam cooking spray. Add cream of mushroom soup, rotel tomatoes and chili powder. Simmer until chicken is cooked, about 10 to 15 minutes.

    It was good. I added some shredded cheddar cheese to the top and it made it even better. It ends up tasting similar to crockpot salsa chicken. - 4/23/09
