Brat and Beef Casserole

3 Links Brat Sausage (skin removed and crumbled)1/2 lb Lean Ground Sirloin1 10oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup Lite Sour Cream1/8 tsp Paprika1/8 tsp Onion Powder1/4 tsp Granulated GarlicSalt and Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Prepare Noodles according to package directions (al dente)
3. Meanwhile, brown sausage, drain
4. In same pan, brown beef seasoned with paprika, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper, drain
5. Drain Noodles and return to Pot
6. Mix in meats, sour cream and mushroom concentrate
7. Pour into Pam'd 13 x 9 pan, cover with foil
8. Cook for 20 minutes, remove foil (add grated cheese if desired), cook for another 15 min or until heated through or cheese is bubbly.
