2 lbs 99% Lean Ground Turkey1 large Sweet Onion2 15 oz. cans Great Northern Beans2 15 oz. cans Kidney Beans2 10 oz. cans Tomato Soup1 10 oz. can Diced Tomatos & Green Chilis1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce2 tsp. Taco Seasoning2 tsp. Ground Cumin2 tsp. Chili PowderSalt to taste
1. Brown ground turkey in large skillet and drain.
2. Combine turkey with all other ingredients in large crock pot.
3. Cook 6-8 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.
4. Serve hot. Add cheese and/or sour cream if desired. These are not figured into calories.

This was a truly masterful recipe, and very easy to make! In order to reduce the sodium, we used fresh serrano & jalapeno peppers and tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes w/ chilis. There is a warm, subtle flavor to this recipe that must be tasted. Thank you so much for this phenomenal recipe! - 6/27/09

After working on this recipe a lot more than before, I recommend not draining anything at all.
