Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, diced (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)*Tomato Salsa, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
wisk eggs and milk together. Add vegatables and cheese ( u can also add ham or other vegatables - the recipe is very versitile.

add salt and pepper to taste

Pour in greased (with pam) pie dish

bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until center feels solid
