Hamburg Soup, 2 cup serving

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 15 oz Carrots, raw, 3 medium Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large Onions, raw, 1 large Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 46 fl oz Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small Pepper, black, 0.50 tbsp Salt, 0.50 tbsp Can of Cut Green Beans
Directions
Brown beef in large pot, remove from pot.
Saute celery, onion, and carrot with a little Pam or olive oil.
Return beef to pot, add V8 juice and water - bring to a boil.
Add chopped cabbage, salt and pepper.
Simmer 1 hour or until cabbage is desired tenderness.
Add drained can of green beans in about 10 minutes before eating.
