2 cups (full 12oz package) of Yves meatless ground turkey,0.5 cup dry black beans (boiled for 2 minutes and rinsed)0.5 cup brown rice1 medium onion, chopped3 carrots, chopped 1 tbsp soybean paste, red type1.5 cups water
Boil the 0.5 cup black beans for 2 minutes, rinse and add to the 1.5 quart Crock Pot. Add 0.5 cup brown rice, 1 medium onion (chopped), 3 carrots (chopped), 2 cups of meatless ground turkey, 1 tbsp of soybean paste and 1.5 cups water.
Turn the Crock Pot on high for 4 hours. Stir to mix ingredients (only after they've cooked, you want to keep the rice and beans lower in the small Crock Pot so that they cook well) and serve.
