Baked Cajun Tilipia

Ingredients
9 oz - Tilipia2 Tablespoons - Cajun Seasoning2 Tablespoons - Olive Oil1 Lemon
Directions
Take one tablespoon of oil olive and rub on the fish. Then take the cajun seasoning and rub on the fish. Add the final tablespoon of olive oil to a small baking dish. Cut lemon in half then slice one-half of the lemon and place on the fish. Reserve the other half of the lemon for flavoring after fish is done.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is done.

Use juice of 1/2 a lemon for flavor if you desire.

Make 3 - 3oz portions.

    I tried this recipe and I love it! I put a little more lemon juice on it cuz it my favorite. But the fish was so flaky and nicely seasoned.... I put extra seasoning on mine. But overall it was a delicious meal! - 1/4/11
