Grilled Deluxe Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 1 oz. slices of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1 Pat Butter1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil2 Slices, Whole Grain Wheat Bread or Sugar Free Low Carb Bread
Directions
Heat a non-stick pan until hot, place the butter and oil inside and heat until butter is melted, lightly tap the bread slices; each side until coated with the oil mixture. Remove to quickly to prevent getting soggy, place onto a dish and set aside.

Once all slices are coated to your liking, return to the hot pan and brown slightly on (1) side, flip over each and place the cheese onto the bread and close together. Allow each side to brown slightly, cover with lid and turn off the heat. Allow to sit until cheese is melted and remove promptly.
