Tuna & Bean Salad

Ingredients
**Ingredients** 1 x can of 540g Chickpeas (drained) 1 x can of 540g Red Kidney Beans (drained) 1 x can of 170g Chunk Light Tuna in Water (drained) ½ Red Pepper Diced ½ Orange Pepper Diced ½ Onion Diced ½ Lemons worth of juice Olive Oil to taste 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano Leaves (crumbled in your hands) Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
**Directions**
1) Drain both cans of beans and wash them in a colander.
2) In a large bowl combine beans and tuna and mix in diced peppers and onion.
3) Add the lemon juice and about 2 tablespoons of oil and mix.
4) Season the bean salad with the basil and oregano and salt and pepper to taste.

****NOTE. If I was smart, I would of added a clove or two of garlic but you live and learn! Too late now as I'm at work.
