Fat Burning Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)3 large green onions1 large can of fat-free beef broth1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup Mix1 bunch celery2 cans green beans [or fresh]2 green bell peppers (or colored)2 lbs. carrots4-5 mushrooms (sliced thin)Curry, salt, pepper, chili pepper (to taste)
Directions
Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Add water to cover.
Add necessary vegetables and seasonings as desired and cover with water.
Bring to rapid boil - cook for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender - an hour or two.

Makes a HUGE pot of soup - roughly 12-15 servings... but it will go quick because it is so yummy!
