Baked Haddock with Cajun Bread Crumb Topping

Ingredients
6 talapia fillets1 cup soft bread crumbs, wheat bread4 tbs. melted butter divided1 1/2 tsp. cajun seasoningpinch dried thyme1/2 saltDash black pepper
Directions
Heat oven at 400 F. Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish. Arrange fish on the prepared baking pan. Brush with 1 tbsp. of the melted butter. Combine the remaining 3 tbsp. of butter with the bread crumbs and seasonings. Sprinkle the crumbs over the tilapia fillets.

Bake the fish fillets for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
