Ingredients
One large carrot, thick slicesBroccoli. 5 spears chunky choppedPotato 1 small 1/2 cubedEggplant sliced 1/2 cupsMushrooms 6 slicedSpinach 2 cups roughly choppedZucchini 1/2 cup Red kidney beans 1 canBlack beans 1/4 cup
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Throw all vegetables (gently...this is not baseball) into rice cooker.

Press the cook rice button
(if it's like mine, it is the korean one that says 시간조질)

Wait until the rice cooker makes a funny noise

Let the curry rest for about 20 minutes
( it's been through a rough time)

Serve on a table spoon of rice(bowl or plate is optional)

Hopefully your rice is more successful than mine.
