Cinnamon-Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 (6 ounce) cans water packed tuna,drained and flaked2 teaspoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish1 cup carrots grated2 teaspoons lemon juice1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1 teaspoon curry powder1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 cup celery diced
Directions
In a bowl, mix the tuna, celery, carrots, nonfat Greek yogurt, mustard, relish, lemon juice, cinnamon, curry powder, & black pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
I think this recipe taste better the next day, giving the spices time to mix.
