spicy fish soup

Ingredients
1 Tilapia filet about 150 g6 large prawns1 veg stock cube1 small carrot diced1 small stick celery diced1 baby courgette diced1/2 onion dicedsmall portion momge tou about 8-10 piecedsmall bunch parsly1/2 lemon
Directions
Makes 2 servings as a main course

1. Fy all the veg exept the parsly and monge tou in low fat spray untill just soft.
2. Add the can of tomato's and simmer untill the veg is tender about 10 - 15 mins less if you like your veg slightly crunch.
3. Add the fish, prawns and monge tou and simmer for a further 5 - 7 mins untill fish is just cooked add the parsly and salt and pepper to taste and serve
A4. dd a squeeze of lemon at the last minute
