Ingredients
Shrimp Nautilus Atlantic, 6 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips Baby Carrots, 3 oz Scallops, 4 oz Gluten Free Rice Flower, 0.5 serving *Food Club Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Directions
Cut up veggies and cook. Agg shrimp & Scallops, Then mix flower, Soy Sauce and agg to veggie & fish mixture. Cook and serve over Brown rice.
