(2) 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (or to taste)Note -- If following the Gene Smart Diet, you may want to have a Pork Sandwich the following day for lunch, in which case you should cook some extra pork for tonight (each pork sandwich also calls for 2 ounces of cooked pork tenderloin).
