Salmon Scramble

Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white2 T light cream cheese, cut into small pieces2 oz canned salmon1 sprig fresh dill
Directions
Beat the egg and egg white together. Add to a hot skillet sprayed with Pam and scramble. Add salmon and chopped dill. When eggs are cooked, add chopped pieces of cream cheese.
This recipe is also delicious when you add 1/4 cup of whatever veggies you have on hand: spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.
