Ingredients
Directions
4 Pork Chops, 2 Tbsp chili powder, Garlic salt & Pepper to taste, 6 Tbsp bbq sauce.
Rinse pork chops & pat dry. On a baking sheet, season both sides with garlic salt, pepper, and rub in the chili seasoning. Broil on each side for 4 minutes per side, then brush with BBQ sauce and broil for 1 minute. Flip, brush the other side with BBQ sauce and broil for 1 more minute - for a total cook time of 5 minutes per side.
Note: I baked a couple extra pork chops with garlic salt only so I can make a semi-healthy pork "fried" rice tomorrow (light margarine & brown rice). :)
