Korean Stewed Tofu

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 Block Firm Tofu1/2 Cup Soy Sauce1/2 Cup Sesame oil3 Garlic Cloves finely Chopped1 cup of Scallions finely Chopped1 TBSP Cayenne Pepper
Directions
1 and 1/2 Block Firm Tofu cut into big rectangles brown both sides in a nonstick pan; then in a sauce pan add chopped scallions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and cayenne pepper. After browning Tofu add the tofu to the sauce pan and let simmer for about 10 to 15 mins and enjoy
