SS Chili

Ingredients
1 T olive oil1 med red onion chopped6 cloves garlic2 lb gorund beef28 oz can petite diced tomatoes2/3 cup red wine1 can ckn broth1 t parsley1 t oregano1 T cumin3 T chili powdersalt and pepper to taste1 small package splenda/ or half/ to taste
Directions
Chop onion and lightly brown in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add garlic. Brown another 2 minutes. Add emat until brown. Once meat is cooked, and tomatoes. Cook to boiling about 5 minutes. Add wine. Cook abnout 5 more minutes to burn off alcohol. Add chicken broth and spices and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Can serve with sour cream and cheese as toppings.
