Brisket-In a slow cooker

Ingredients
Beef, brisket, trimmed, 6 oz Light Beer, 4 fl oz Brown Sugar, 2 tsp Garlic, .5 tsp Onions, raw, 1 large slicedPotato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Directions
Place onions and diced potatoes in bottom of slow cooker, then place brisket, fat side up, on top of onions. Sprinkle garlic and brown sugar on top. Add enough beer (about 4oz) to coat the bottom of the cooker. Cover crockpot and cook on Low 8-10 hours. makes about three servings.
