Banana Protein Bars

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups quick cook oats1 1/2 cups powdered non-fat milk4 scoops vanilla protein powder, low carb1/4 cup ground flax seed 1 cup Starbucks sugar free Cinnamon Dolce syrup2 egg whites, beaten stiff1/4 cup apple juice1 teaspoon butterscotch flavoring1/2 cup mashed, ripe banana (one medium)
Directions
Spray a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray, set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine oats, powdered milk, protein powder and flax seed. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine beaten egg whites, syrup, juice, flavoring and mashed banana stirring well to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and smooth top flat. Sprinkle with cinnamon, optional. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 10-15 minutes and turn out to a cutting board to cool completely. Cut into 16 equal pieces and wrap individually. Freezes well.
