In a blender or Magic Bullet (my preference) add all ingredients and blend/pulse until a frozen mixture. It tastes almost as good as a frapuccino, but much healthier.

This was a pretty yummy treat. I used French Vanilla-flavored Splenda instead of the Equal, and I did top it with Reddi-Whip. Just what I needed to wake me up this afternoon. :) - 7/25/11

I love this super low-cal treat!! I used some decaf Creme Brulee coffee and it was delicious. Next time I'll try my decaf Traverse City Cherry coffee. - 7/24/10

I added regular sugar instead of equal. It is really good. I also have a recipe similar to this but using cool whip instead of milk. MMMMM, love it! I like your version too. Had to rate it! - 7/5/10
