Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 Package of skinless chicken breasts (6 halves)1 jar mild salsa16 oz Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Package low carb tortillasLow fat sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium size stock pot, add the 1/2 jar of salsa and chicken breasts. Cook on medium heat until chicken is pull apart tender. When done, remove chicken from pot and let sit for 10 minutes before completely shredding chicken apart. Pour remaining salsa in stockpot and shredded chicken then mix. Add chicken and cheese to tortillas (I use burrito style) then roll up burrito style. Bake in oven for no more than 10 minutes. Take out and let sit a couple minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
