Ingredients
1lb ground beef1-2 bags tortilla chips1 (16oz) bag shredded cheese (any kind is fine)1 onion, Chopped
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Brown ground beef, drain. Add chopped onions into ground beef & cook until onions are tender. Layer chips in baking pan. Top with ground beef mixture, then cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbling. Serve in platter. Makes 4-6 servings
