I made a vegetarian sandwich, it has a bit more calories than I'd like, but it only has healthy stuff in it.I used 2 pieces of Pepperidge Farms whole grain wheat bread2 tiny slices if tomatoFew pieces of alvocadolight hummus spread on each slice of breadsprinkle lots of alfalfa sprouts, as I didn't use lettuce for this one.And Feta Cheese crumbles...not a lot
