Loved it and so did my mother :) I used 2 small acorn squash instead of a medium sized one so the recipe created 4 perfect servings. - 4/22/07

I made this really quick one night when I was wanting to zaz up my acorn squash and it was marvelous! One sqaush is about 4 servings but it is best eaten the day you make it as the dressing tends to get a bit soggy when refridgerated. Two thumbs up! - 3/11/07

It was very Tasty. I cut the prep and cook time to about 25-30 minutes by cooking the squash in the microwave for 6-9 minutes instead of baking for 40 and substituted 1 cup stuffing mix for 4 slices of bread. - 8/15/10

This was very easy and very delicious! We probably got close to 6 servings out of it over the course of a few days and it was still excellent the 3rd day (reheated in pan on stove). - 11/22/09
