Mexican Goulash

1 lb ground turkey1 cup yellow onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup picante sauce1 can diced tomatoes1 can black beans (or may use pinto beans)1 cup frozen corn kernels1 can chopped green chilis2 tbl chili powder1 tbl ground cumin1 tbl paprika1 tea salt1/2 tea pepper, black6 cups large shell pasta, cooked
In large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat cook turkey and onion until brown, add garlic clove, cook one more minute. Add picante sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, green chilis, chili powder, paprika, cumin salt and pepper. Lower heat and cook uncovered for 30 minutes, add pasta and stir together. Yields 8, 1 -1/2 cup servings.
