Baked white fish with tomato,dill and olives

1 Lb white fish or tilapia fillets1 onion finely chipped1 med.tomato,sliced2 Ttbsp finely chopped dill10 manzanilla olices squared1 garlic clove minced2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp olive oil
serves 4. at 4oz fillet each.
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
heat sautepan add olive oil and saute onions and garlic
until soft and light brown.
Spread cooked onions in bottom of baking dish arrange fish on top of onions, top with tomato slices,dill and olives.
Drizzle lemon juice over all. Bake for 10- 15 min or until fish flakes easily. serve with vegetables, potatoes or rice.
