Sharon Collipriest's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
4 oz tri color rotini (cooked)1 can cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup milk1/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 tsp dry mustard1 cup diced string cheese1 can tuna drained and flaked
Directions
Cook rotini according to package and drain.
Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in rotini and cheese and gently fold in tuna. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt casserole that has been sprayed with cooking oil (so it doesn't stick).

Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

Makes about 4 servings.

You can also pop it into the microwave until hot.
