Eggplant Italiano

Ingredients
1 jar spaghetti sauce1 Large egg plant, sliced 1/4 inch thick3/4 c. Italian dried bread crumbs1/4 c. egg beaters1/4 c. parmesan cheese1/2 c. mozzarella cheese (part skim)
Directions
Dredge eggplant through egg then bread crumbs. Broil in oven 3 minutes each side on a foil lined pan sprayed w/ non-stick olive oil cooking spray. Pour half jar of sauce in 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer eggplant, then 1/2 cheese, eggplant, sauce, then rest of cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
