Broccoli and Rice casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup white rice, par boil1/4 cup raw onion, diced1/8 cup skim milk2 oz velvetta cheese, diced1 TBS best life margarine2 cups frozen broccoli florets1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a prepared casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
