Carrot Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 C AP Flour1/4 C Splenda1 tea baking powder1 tea baking soda1 tea cinnamon1/4 tea cloves1/4 tea nutmeg1/2 tea salt2 eggs1/2 Cup pineapple (unsweetened)1/2 Cup chopped Almonds1/3 Cup Agave Nectar1/3 Cup applesauce (unsweetened)1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt1 tea Vanilla1 Cup shredded carrots
Directions
Blend wet ingredients together until well blended. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Do not over mix or they will be tough. Scoop into a med. muffin pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tops spring back.
