Too Good Turkey Stroganoff

3/4 lb ground turkey1/2 medium sweet onion1 cup of pre-sliced mushrooms2 tbsp ketchup (or ketchup to taste)1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup (preferably 98% fat free)1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 bag of egg noodles, prepared as directed on bag
1. Cook egg noodles according to package.
2. saute onions in skillet on medium high heat until browned. add mushrooms and cook approx. 5 minutes until muchrooms are softened.
3. add ground turkey, cook on medium high heat until all turkey is no longer pink.
4. add ketchup, stir into meat/mushroom/onion mixture. add condensed soup, and reduce heat to medium low. Stir until well combined.
5. add sour cream. mix well. simmer for 5 minutes until bubbly and creamy.
6. serve over egg noodles with a vegetable side dish.
