1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese1 cup plain oats2 eggs1/2 tsp salt1 tsp sugar (optional)
Directions
Blend ingredients in blender till smooth. For best results cook in small pancakes on non-stick griddle or pan. Garnish w/fresh fruit.
