Italian Burger mix

Ingredients
3 tricolor peppers1 large onion sliced1 1/2 cup pasta sauce2lbs ground beef4 slices or 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Directions
Heat skillet coated with cooking spray. Add peppers & onion and saute until just soft, add meat and brown. Drain. Add pasta sauce. mix and heat 1 minute. Add cheese cover and allow chesse to melt. Serve
