Breakfast Casserole (half egg/half egg sub)

6 whole eggs1.5 cup egg substitute2 cups cheese1 lb sausage2 cups milk (room temp is best) 2 TBL mustard2 TBL buttersalt/pepper to taste
Heat over to 350.
Brown the sausage. Place in the bottom of a 9x12 pan. sprinkle with cheese and set aside.
In small bowl, combine milk, mustard, butter, salt/pepper. In a seperate bowl, combine eggs and egg sub, slightly beating eggs.
Pour half of the milk mixture over the cheese. Pour all of the egg mixture, then the remaining milk mixture.
Cook in a 350 degree overn for one hour on until egg is firm.
