Western Egg Muffin

Ingredients
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/4 cup egg whites (pick a brand or use 2 egg whites)1 Thomas English multi-grain muffin1oz red onion (chopped or sliced)1oz bell pepper (chopped or sliced)1 link of Jimmy Dean turkey sausage(chopped)1 slice of fat free cheese ( I like Borden Sharp)
Directions
Makes 1 Breakfast sandwich

In a small skillet, spray non-stick spray and cook bell pepper, onions and sausage. (heating through basically)

Add egg white, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cook turning once.

Meanwhile, toast muffin and add cheese to open muffin on plate.

Add the cooked egg mixture, put muffin top on.
