6 tsp sugar6 tsp splenda1/8 c cocoa powder1/4 c water2 c fatfree milk1/2 tsp vanilla

combine sugar, splenda, cocoa and water in sauce pan heat to boiling slowly add milk cook until hot do not boil
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
