Spinach and Chicken Alfredo Pizza on Whole wheat crust

Ingredients

Directions
Makes 1 pizza. 1/3 of the pizza per person. Combine lukewarm water, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast and stir. Let dissolve, about 5 minutes. In a medium bowl add flour, whole wheat flour and corn meal. Add to yeast water. Turn out to lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Adding in a little flour to account for humidity if needed. Place in an oiled bowl and cover with a towl. Place in a warm draft free place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
Roll or throw dough into a very this crust. Brush with garlic powder and Italian seasoning combined with melted butter. Bake for 5 minutes at 425 on a pizza stone.
Remove from oven and layer alfredo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, spinach and parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
