Cucumber and cilantro salad

2 large cucumbers peeled and sliced thin1 tsp salt1 tbsp fresh cilantro - chopped4 tbsp apple cider vinegar2 tbsp sour cream
Directions
combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours

sour cream and vinegar ratios can be altered to taste -- add more sour cream for a creamer dressing
